With the new status, it was also necessary to change the company into an Offene Erwerbs-Gesellschaft, or OEG (general professional association) and to change the company name. As of January 1, therefore, the new company name is "IIREC Dr. Medinger OEG". The associates of the new OEG are as hitherto scientific director Dr. Walter Medinger and as commercial director Wolfgang Homann.
